Title: "The fantastic game of Luck"

Premise:

There's a clown named Cachi. He starts the story off by being bored and burning all his mob bosses money to force him to finally visit wish island. An enormous once every 10 years event that Cachi has wanted to see for a while. He goes on the run and tries to recruit some friends to help him win the "wish games" (name pending, please don't title it that) these games involve gambling with gold silver and crystal drops.

You carry a gauntlet as your wallet, and turn a screen to show with liquid you want to withdraw, and it takes that many drops out, which materialize as actual crystals. The games held are maintained by referee bots where residents can bet points to play a combat game or an intelligence game. No killing is allowed in intelligence games.

At the end of 2 weeks the doorway to the stadium will pop out of nowhere and whoever gets there first (first 8-10) gets to be in the finals if they have a certain amount of points to pay. You're allowed to enter in teams of up to 6, and if one person wins the tourney their entire team wins. The winner will be given a wish and everyone on their team will as well.

Lots of people also put bounty's on each other's heads using the robots to hire people nearby to assist them in the games. On this island grows a special flower called "fleurance de Lumiere" or lumi flowers for short. They grant special powers to 16% of those who consume them, and grow a bright blue.

Cachi meets up with the pink haired bubbly brace faced girl with star eyes, Taylor. "the chief" (real name Conner) a ghost chasing spy-loving paranormal enthusiast and skeptic, noland the most gentlemanly teenager you'll ever meet, who always has a suit on, Brook, the daughter of a vampire with the power to shapeshift, emi a crazy smart gamer who loves sharks and strategy.

This first story arc is about them preparing their team to enter wish island, and win wishes for each of them, while Cachi is on the run from the mob.
